Individual Occupational Therapy Session

One-on-one support tailored to your child’s age, needs, and pace—whether they’re a baby, toddler, school-aged child, or teen.

Developmental Screening

From birth to age 6, we offer gentle, play-based check-ins to understand how your child is growing, moving, and connecting with the world around them.
Our sessions support you by:

🧸 OT-Informed Playgroups
Play-based sessions for toddlers and preschoolers, blending sensory exploration with emotional attunement.

Small-group sessions for children with specific needs in regulation, motor planning, or social interaction — led by occupational therapists.
For the Parent
Parent–child groups and caregiver-focused support to nurture connection, confidence, and resilience.
Growing Together: Mum & Baby Group

A gentle, therapist-guided space for mothers and babies to bond, play, and grow together.
Includes sensory play, gross motor time, songs, and supportive conversations on early development.

Circle of Security™ Parenting Group
​
An evidence-based parenting program that helps you better understand your child’s emotional needs and strengthen the parent–child relationship.
Explore patterns of connection, repair, and regulation in a warm, supportive setting.

Pause & Reconnect: Motherhood Circle

A reflective space for mothers to slow down, be seen, and reconnect with themselves in the midst of parenting.
Includes guided journaling, mindful movement, and supportive peer connection.
